LB Finance PLC conducted its Annual Promotion Ceremony on 20 January 2023 to distinguish the staff members who got promoted with effect from 1 December 2022.

As a company invested in success and delivering results, the key motives of the ceremony were to motivate, develop and uplift our very own staff members for their outstanding performance and perseverance throughout their career at LB Finance.

The ceremony was followed by a fruitful motivational session conducted by Mr. Mohan Palliyaguru, the veteran corporate trainer and motivational speaker.
